Your Herbal Tea Kick-Start Guide

Do you ever wish that the people you live or work with would be a little more into health?

Do you ever find yourself doing your best trying to eat and drink healthy, then you go to that office party, or the school event, and what is there to drink? The ice chest full of soda and who knows what else………

“As you know, you can’t shove health down your family’s throat.”

I know; I go to family events, and I was raised on all those standard American drinks. I still have a taste for all of it. And the thing is if all there is junky stuff…well that’s what there is to drink!

So I don’t know about you, but for me, it is just so much easier to make healthier choices when there are more healthier choices right? But if you are the only one mixing up healthy stuff, it is just harder to stay on track!!

That is why I created this amazing offer, as a gift to you.

Every mom deserves to have natural remedy know how to raise a healthy family, but You don’t want to be the natural remedy lone ranger, do you?

As you know, you can’t shove health down your family’s throat (do you ever try to do that, right it doesn’t work). But there are some things you can do to transition them into it that are painless and not so in their face… You can’t make them be interested in health, but what you can do is learn to make yummy herbal drinks that they love that over time win them over and eventually they start asking for the herbal teas and drinks themselves!

This is why I created the herbal tea kick start guide.

And the big question is, if herbal teas aren’t part of your daily life? How are your kids going to learn to take care of themselves?

You don’t want to be one of those families that raise children that don’t know how to use natural remedies, so they grow up move out of the house and do what to take care of their health? If you don’t teach them how to use herbal teas they aren’t going to know how to prevent all of those colds and then what happens is they end up being at risk for all the pharmaceutical side effects.

In The Herbal Tea Kick-Start Guide Online Video Course, I’m going to take you step-by-step in how to make herbal tea, all the ins and outs: Like how do you make it? What do you make it in? How long do you let it steep? How do you store it? How long does it last? how much herb do you actually use??

2-1

You’ll learn to make quick steep teas, long steep teas, what is the difference in making tea with green leafy herbs versus roots or dense spices. And what the heck is the difference between a tea and an infusion anyway?

And hey, if you want to really go DIY ballistic on me and save big, I’ll show you how to make your own herbal tea bags, so you can make your herbal teas in bulk for a crazy low price.

You are going to learn how to get totally non-compliant family members to start enjoying herbal teas and herbal drinks. You’ll enjoy learning how to turn your teas into herbal lemonades, herbal party drinks. We’ll demystify the whole issue around when to use fresh herbs or dried herbs and the specific real life steps that I have used to help families love and embrace their herbal tea routines

And once you get started you realize just how insanely easy this is.

You know, what we drink is what we want to drink. What did you drink growing up, it is cultural. You develop a taste for what it is that you drink. What do you want your family to drink? What do you want your kids to develop a taste for?

Not only have I created the herbal tea kick start guide for you, but I created it for the people in your life.

I want you to get the amazing benefits this course offers but I want you to have support, to have people around you in your community doing the herbal thing with you. I have seen this time and time again with my students, if you don’t have support the comradery of at least a couple people either in your household or neighbourhood or community or school or workplace then it can be such an uphill battle.

We can do this. It all comes down to how do we want to feel each day, how healthy do we want to be, and that what we drink matters.

Hello I’m Kami, Welcome to Living Awareness!

I believe every family needs to have someone on board with a working knowledge of natural remedies if you want to take care of your family’s health for real.

When I was growing up, natural remedies was not a mainstream concept like it is now, in fact, you are going to be surprised that I never even heard the word natural remedy until I moved out of the house!

In my early 20’s I met someone by chance that told me about holistic health and herbal medicine. I wondered why nobody had talked to me about it before and had a voracious appetite to learn everything I could.

Now, 30 years later I've helped thousands of people demystify the world of herbal medicine and become empowered in using herbal self-care in their home to prevent illness, take care of common ailments and protect their health naturally.

For 20 years I've had a clinical herbal practice connecting people with plants and their wellness. I've developed and taught herbal curriculum for UCSF School of Nursing and the Integral Health Master’s Degree Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Stick with me! You’ll learn awesome herbal self-care, get inspired to be more self-sufficient in your health care and nourish a deep love for the herbs and how to use them, knowing you are doing the very best you can to care for your wellness.
