Lemon balm and rose petals are cooling and also have a calming effect. Passionflower calms the nerves and is the perfect tea for irritation that can come from too much heat.

Cool and Calm Summer Herbal Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon balm leaf
  • 3 tbsp fresh rose petals
  • 2 tbsp passionflower leaf

Instructions

  • Put herbs and water into a large jar and put the lid on the jar
  • Let container of herbs and water sit for several hours
  • No need to heat it up, just let it sit on the counter or in the sun for at least 2 hours
  • Strain herbs from tea
  • Enjoy!
